An absolutely superb second instalment of the Leopards of Normandy trilogy, by David Churchill. It starts directly after the events which drew a close to its predecessor, Devil. An absolutely superb end to an enthralling series. One of the best historical fiction series set during the wars of the roses I’ve ever read.
